Get moving, make new friends & have FUN
Our dance classes in East London are the perfect opportunity to learn or rekindle your love for dance styles like the foxtrot, tango, salsa, waltz, cha cha, rumba, samba, and more. These elegant and graceful dances are often performed to music with a strong beat and are sure to get you moving.

During Latin & Ballroom lessons and courses, you'll learn fundamental steps and foundational techniques, as well as simple yet effective routines. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the process and help you improve your skills from week one. Plus, you'll have a great time dancing and socialising with others in a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

If you're new to these dance styles, don't worry about purchasing special shoes just yet. Light-soled, dry and clean trainers are fine for the first few weeks. However, if you decide to continue with the class, we recommend investing in proper dance shoes. Our instructor can help you choose a pair that suits your needs. Join us and let's get moving!
