Inspiring the Love of Dance
Adore Dance London
Adore Dance London offers dance lessons for Adults & Children in East London. Classes are led by Connor Taylor, a fully IDTA qualified & experienced dance teacher, and his network of professional dancers.
The emphasis is always on running fun & social classes, whilst still maintaining a high standard of technique. With our small class sizes, we encourage dancers to subtly push themselves and develop their confidence through industry-leading teaching & training—making new friends along the way!
Connor fell in love with dancing at the age of 8 at a local dance school in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. He soon started full-time training from just age 10 at Northern Ballet Academy, Leeds, where Connor formed his foundation & discipline to the art. At 16, he received a place to study a BA(Hons) degree in Professional Dance & Performance at the prestigious Central School of Ballet, London where he graduated in 2015. It was then he toured nationally working with globally renowned choreographers to perform across the UK, including The Royal Opera House, and went on to spent his last year of training at Alberta Ballet II, Canada.
In 2016, Connor moved from the performing world into teaching, running Ballet & Jazz lessons for Adults & Children at Margaret Preedy Dance Studios in Maidstone, Kent. It was here Connor pursued his professional teaching qualifications through the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA) in Ballet, Modern Jazz, Contemporary Jazz, Freestyle & Theatre Craft.
Now in 2021, Connor is excited to bring his wealth of experience to East London with the formation of Adore Dance London.

Despite growing up in a Dance school, Joe avoided it himself altogether!
He now assists the teachers at Adore Dance London with the running and administration of the classes, so will probably be the one sending you the emails with the details
Dance & Fitness Teacher
Lydia is a professional dancer and fitness instructor and leads the Barre Fitness classes at Adore Dance London.
Lydia’s passion for dance and movement began from a young age and led her to train as a professional dancer at Central School of Ballet. After receiving her degree in Professional Dance and Performance, Lydia continued to pursue a career in dance and has been fortunate enough to work for stage and screen across the UK. The path of dance and movement naturally led Lydia to enter the fitness industry, specifically, Barre and Pilates inspired training, and she has now been providing classes for the past 5 years in studios and gyms across London.
