Ballet Classes at Adore Dance London are focused on the FUN & SOCIAL side of dance, whilst still maintaining top tuition with expert teachers; overseen by world professional Ballet dancer Connor Taylor. Connor & his team are breaking down many of the elitist & strict stereotypes surrounding dance, especially Ballet, with dance classes that you’ll both enjoy and learn from. You’ll be with the same people in the class each week so you can get to know each other and work on routines together, and maybe kindle some new friendships; we see many students meeting for coffee before class or walking home together.
Our fun & social Adult Ballet lessons & classes in Stratford, Hackney Wick & Bow are suitable for those brand new to dance having never danced before, those who might be reconnecting with dance after several years or since being a child, as well as, intermediate & advanced dancers.

Adult Beginner Ballet - Fun introduction to Ballet that’s perfect for brand new dancers or returning dancers looking for a gentle start
Adult Improvers Ballet - After a few months at beginner level or if you’ve completed a beginner course elsewhere within the last year or two. You have some understanding of Ballet vocab and can follow the basic steps.
Adults Intermediate Ballet - After a year or more at Improver level or if you’ve danced to a high standard in the past
Adults Advanced Ballet - This is for you if you’re in full-time dance training, a professional dancer or a former professional dancer
Ballet Teacher Training - International Dance Teacher’s Association (IDTA) Teacher Training is available to adults with 5+ years of Ballet experience and/or have completed IDTA training to Advanced 2 level.
To take your Ballet to the next level, we recommend also trying Contemporary to focus on expressing & releasing through dance with similar steps to ballet, and also Barre Fitness to strengthen the muscles used during Ballet class.
